We know that coming to a vet may be stressful so we try and keep the experience as pleasant as possible. For the comfort of yourself and your pet we are air conditioned, parking is easy, and we are open 7 days a week by appointment. We allow four appointments per hour - much longer than at most Veterinary Surgeries - to give us time to properly examine each case and discuss treatment options with you.

Our premises are designed to be clean and comfortable for you and your pet. This extends throughout the whole clinic, not just the public areas, so that the treatment and operating areas are also air conditioned and the kennelling facilities are hygienic, safe, clean and comfortable. In patients and day cases are cared for by our team of qualified Veterinary nurses and are monitored to ensure they are safe, comfortable, warm, clean and pain free just as if they were our own pets. Pets are kept on heated beds when necessary.

If diagnostic tests or surgical treatments are needed we try to carry these out as quickly as possible for your peace of mind. Most tests can be carried out in our own laboratory for accuracy and to save precious time. There are usually no waiting lists here for surgery or for diagnostic tests such as X-rays, ECG’s, Laboratory analysis, Endoscopic examinations etc. Diagnostic tests are reported to you quickly and treatment options are always discussed with you as part of the team looking after your pet.

Parking

It is easy to visit us by car. We have our own car park behind the surgery which is reserved exclusively for our clients. In addition there are two Council pay and display car parks within 75 yards of the practice and there are always empty parking spaces available in them. Short term car parking is inexpensive in these car parks.
